Good Evening Harvey,

I would like to start by saying a huge thank you to you and the other fellows at Las Vegas McCarran Airport (unfortunately I didn’t get everyone’s names and emails so please feel free to pass this on) for your assistance in getting me off and on the plane.

I’m not exaggerating when I say that without you and the Eagle lift my vacation would not have happened. By using the Eagle Lift I was able to be safely transferred between the airplane and my wheelchair.

I believe that with the right training (provided by someone like yourself) airlines and airports around North America and the world should and could provide this valuable service opening up a wide world of travel to individuals and families like mine.

I will gladly fly again knowing an Eagle Lift is waiting for me at my destination.
